Loctite 518 is an anaerobic liquid gasket that cures when enclosed between two tightly sealing surfaces and in the absence of oxygen. The gasket can seal up to 0.25mm of play and forms a flexible and resistant connection that does not simply decompose or crack. Easy to disassemble, even after long periods of use.
- Semi-flexible, anaerobic surface sealing with medium strength .
- For active and inactive stiff metal flanges
- Hardened out despite light soiling of the surface Adjusts to flange surface irregularities and fills gaps of up to 0.25 mm.
