Original turbo mounting kit, applicable for Volvo C30, S40 S80-II, V50 and V70-III with 110PK 1.6D engine. This kit contains:

1x oil suction tube with sieve, mounted in crankcase pan
1x oil supply pipe to turbo
2x banjo bolts oil supply pipe
4x copper ring for fixing the banjo bolts
1x oil filter and O-ring

This set is crucial for preventing turbine problems in the future. The 110PK 1.6D engine cycles can suffer from black sludge, which can clog the sieve in the crankcase and the oil supply line to the turbo. This leads to a lack of lubrication for the turbocharger, resulting in excessive wear and tear and failure. When replacing the turbocharger, it is therefore recommended to replace these parts.

Also compatible with various Citroën, Ford, Mini and Peugeot models.
